  • Open the OVO APP
  • In the main menu, select “OVO ID”
  • Then click the “Upgrade” button
  • Click “Upgrade Now”
  • Select “Online Upgrade”
  • Then click the “Start” button to start the upgrade process

Before doing the above, make sure you have prepared a clear ID card and used a clear cellphone camera. Because the verification process is successful or not, it depends on the photo ID that you sent. Usually this process takes a maximum of 1 x 24 hours after submitting an upgrade request.

How to Get Pre-Employment Card Funds from OVO
