ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) presents For Those Who Dare, a short film featuring all the #TeamROG members and their stories of being at the forefront. The short film For Those Who Dare is coming full of action. Interestingly, the entire filming process was carried out without using a stuntman in all scenes including the dangerous action parts. ROG will also be releasing a behind-the-scenes video of the short film For Those Who Dare.

Featuring five members of #TeamROG namely actor Asa Butterfield, skateboarder Nyjah Huston, basketball player Karl Anthony Towns, DJ Alan Walker, and soccer player Son Heung Min, the short film For Those Who Dare takes the theme of how they conquer fear within themselves. respectively.
High expectations, tight competition, and the possibility of getting physically injured are fears that always haunt #TeamROG members in their various daily activities. In the short film For Those Who Dare the five members of #TeamROG will share stories of how they motivated themselves to go through it all.
Produced in London by The Mill, the short film For Those Who Dare will feature extreme stunts such as going through a ring of fire to jumping over a two-meter-high obstacle using a skateboard. This shows how all #TeamROG members have a strong commitment to overcome these obstacles. They are individuals who truly have a “For Those Who Dare” soul.
All #TeamROG Collaboration
ROG brings devices for gamers, but not all gamers look the same. The short film For Those Who Dare will feature Karl Anthony Towns with Strix SCAR, Nyjah Huston with Strix G, Asa Butterfield with Flow Z13, Alan Walker with Zephyrus G14, and Son Heung Min with Flow X16. They all come from different backgrounds, professions, and playstyles, but ROG can cater to all their needs. “I’m always looking for devices that have the world’s leading innovation and technology and ROG is in that position,” said Butterfield.
Fear is the biggest obstacle that all #TeamROG must face. All the extreme actions presented in the short film For Those Who Dare are presented without using a stuntman, including in various dangerous scenes. “I really like the process of shooting like this because I can show my true identity as a skateboarder,” said Huston. “Combining elements of skateboarding with a leading brand like ROG is the most unique thing in my career,” he added. Like Nyjah Huston, all members of #TeamROG also have a very strong will to conquer their fear.
The production process for the short film For Those Who Dare is also not easy. Total collaboration between the global ROG team and #TeamROG is required which has a very busy schedule and activities. Son Heung Min and Asa Butterfield are in England, while Nyjah Huston and Karl Anthony Towns are in the United States. While Alan Walker is currently busy with his music festival schedule, the five members of #TeamROG were able to attend various production sessions for the film For Those Who Dare.

ROG appointed creative agency The Mill to work on this ambitious film project. As an agency that has contributed to various major film titles such as “Gladiator” which won the Academy Award, The Mill is highly trusted in various fields including visual effects, creative production, and experience design. It was this ability and experience that made ROG entrust the production of the short film For Those Who Dare to The Mill.
In the production sessions for the film For Those Who Dare, many collaborations took place and all of them have been very well documented. Video clips of the behind-the-scenes activity documentation will be released in the near future so gamers can see how #TeamROG collaborates. ROG will also present a special interview session with each member of #TeamROG with the aim that gamers can see more about the individual figure of each member of #TeamROG. “I think this project is very interesting because it will unite the entire fanbase. That’s the specialty of ROG,” Towns said.
