When FF Closes Forever 2022, Is The News True?

When is FF Closed Forever 2021

Recently, Free Fire lovers or fans have been shocked again by the news that FF will be closed in Indonesia. This is not the first time this issue has surfaced.

In 2022, to be precise in July, a similar issue had arisen. What brought this issue back to the surface was a petition signed by more than 60 thousand people with the aim of blocking the Free Fire game in Indonesia.

The reason is easy, many parents don’t agree with their children playing the Free Fire game because it is considered to damage morals.

The Free Fire game is indeed the majority of players are still underage. Although still underage, the players certainly have skills that are not kidding.

So, will Free Fire be closed for good in Indonesia?

Clarity of Free Fire Game Closing News

So far, news of the closing of Free Fire is only a hoax. There is no evidence indicating that Garena will block the Free Fire game from the Indonesian region.

The Free Fire community in Indonesia is also very large, so it is almost impossible for this game to be removed from the Indonesian region.

Reasons Why Free Fire Is Almost Impossible To Close

There are several things that could be the reason why the Free Fire game is impossible to close in Indonesia. First, Free Fire is not a game that violates state laws and regulations.

There are no legal rules that are violated or regulate the blocking of mobile games in Indonesia, so this makes free fire safe from a legal point of view.

Second, Free Fire is a game that is supported by the government. How not, the number one battle royale game in Indonesia has provided a lot of income through taxes.

Not only that, there are many Esports Mobile players who have made the nation’s name proud on the international stage. There is no way the government will immediately remove this game just because of a trivial matter.

The third reason is that there are already many esports athletes in the Free Fire game from Indonesia. The absence of athletes from Indonesia will certainly make the world feel strange.

Not only once or twice have Indonesian athletes won competitions at the world level. The last reason is that there is still no substitute game that is equivalent to Free Fire.

Even though PUBG Mobile belongs to the same genre as Free Fire, it doesn’t necessarily make it a substitute for Free Fire in Indonesia.

Will Free Fire Be Closed Forever in 2022?

The answer is of course no. However, this may happen. If there is a government policy that regulates mobile game policies and Free Fire is proven to be in violation, then there is a reason for the government to delete the existence of this game.

If not, then as long as it doesn’t violate the law, the Free Fire game has the right to continue to exist in the Indonesian region.
