3. Perform a DNS Flush

The third way to solve the connection time out error problem on the browser is to do a DNS Flush. This method is actually similar to clearing cached data on your computer’s browser.

It’s just that this method includes the overall data on the browser. In addition, the existence of this method can help the browser reach the IP more quickly and correctly.

4. Disable Proxy Browser Feature

Another problem that causes connection time out errors is the use of proxy services. This can happen because you disable the proxy accidentally or without realizing it.

An example of how you can do to re-enable the proxy feature on the Chrome browser is below.

  • First, open the Chrome browser application on your computer or laptop.
  • Then enter the Settings menu or browser settings.
  • Do scroll down, then select the Advanced option and look for the System section.
  • Next, click Open Proxy Settings.
  • In this view, you can customize the proxy depending on the type of operating system used on the computer. This is what makes it look different.
