Minister of Agriculture Amran Sulaiman has just launched agriculture 4.0 in Sidoarjo, East Java. One of the things that is predicted is drones to be used to sow rice seeds.
In Junwang village, Sidoarjo, East Java Agriculture Minister Sulaiman started to launch agriculture 4.0. He said that with this kind of tool, people would save time in the future and the government would also like to encourage more use of machine tools throughout Indonesia.

In the future, farmers in remote villages will no longer need to plant rice seeds in the old, traditional way. So later on, you can plant rice using drones, which are considered more cost-effective up to 60%.
In a sense, if you usually plant once you need IDR 12 millionthen using a drone only requires IDR 6 million. said the minister of agriculture, Amran Sulaiman.
