Google Stadia Will Launch In November, Here's the Price!

In March, Google just introduced a cloud-based gaming platform called Stadia. The plan for the platform will be released next November.

The presence of Stadia will provide an immediate gaming experience stream without having to own another game console, download the game, or buy the disc first. Later all game data processing can rely on computing or directly in Google’s data center.

Players can already play games that are already available through TVs that are supported by Chromecast Ultra, desktops, laptops or Google smartphones starting from the Google Pixel 3/3XL, and Pixel 3A/3A XL.

Later players can use the available controllers, including keyboard, mouse, PS 4, and XBOX, although Google already provides a Stadia Controller which sells for 69 US dollars (Rp 979,000).

The advantage of this device is that there is a Google Assistant button and a button that can record and take photos and videos from games.

Google Stadia Provides Better Streaming Experience For Gaming

Stadia offers in several resolutions and data rates. The smallest speed is 10 Mbps, this allows users to stream at 720p 60 fps and stereo audio. Then there is 20 Mbps used for stream at 1080p 60 fps with 5.1 surround sound.

But if you don’t feel like it’s enough for a better experience, you can use 4K 60 fps resolution with 5.1 Surround Sound and data speeds of up to 35 Mbps.

Stadia will be released in 14 countries namely Finland, Canada, Belgium, France, Denmark, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, UK, and US.

Google also offers bundling Founder’s Edition costs 129 US dollars or equivalent IDR 1.8 million. This package includes Night Blue Controller, Chromecast Ultra, 3-month Stadia Pro subscription, exclusive Stadia Name, buddy pass, and access to Destiny 2: The Collection.

In addition, there are several games that will be available on Stadia including Ghost Recon: Breakpoint, The Division 2, Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, Just Dace 2022, Trials Rising, The Crew 2, Tomb Raider Trilogy, and Final Fantasy.
