How to track the delivery of Anteraja packages

Anteraja has been a forwarding service that has been operating since 2021. Although relatively new, the services on offer are very good and offer various interesting opportunities for customer satisfaction.
Like other large haulage companies, Anteraja follows the same concept. And the shipping price isn’t much different either. But of course, each of the shipping services has advantages.

Tracking of Anteraja parcels
There are a total of three options for tracking the current location or the delivery of a package. However, this article describes the easiest way to avoid the need to install any additional programs or applications. Please follow the procedure below.
Go to page Check receipts on the Anteraja website.
In column Number / code Enter the tracking code or receipt number received from the sender.
Then fill in the column below according to the picture captcha which appears.
Then click the button
Lacak
.Then the delivery status of the number is displayed.
Now you can find out the delivery process and the current location of the package. Please note, however, that the information displayed there is not Real time. Sometimes there are delays in entering data, so that the goods do not seem to be moving.
In the meantime, if you frequently use Anteraja’s goods delivery service, it is highly recommended that you download the application from the Play Store or the Apps Store so that you can track the package even faster and easier.

Anteraja packages don’t move? That is the solution
I’ve also experienced this problem where I wait a few days and the package is still in a hub and there has been no update for 3 days. If there is no movement in a day it is still normal, but if there is no update from the package for more than 2 days, rest assured that the item is stuck.
The solution is to contact Anteraja’s support service. Can go through phone, E-mail, or maybe Twitter. When I contact myself on Twitter @anteraja_id. And since they were being followed up, the package eventually moved and arrived at its destination the next day.
Such problems should never have happened, but I have a feeling that this problem not only happens with Anteraja, I have seen it with other shipping service providers as well. And this incident only happened once in my experience with the Anteraja delivery service.
