How to activate the follower function on Facebook
Characteristics of followers or popularly known as pendant This feature was provided by Facebook around 2021. This feature allows Facebook users to follow someone and see their posts every time that person updates something. An example is the Facebook founder of Facebook (Mark) who can only be followed or done follow without being able to add as a friend, so anyone who follows Mark’s Facebook account can see his latest posts. Simply put, this feature is very similar to Twitter’s follow feature.
This follow function is needed for some people, for example artists, but unfortunately many artists do not have a Facebook account and only manage their fan page, although now they can if they want by activating this follower function and deactivating the friendship function . Then there is the use of this follower function for: increase the value to like from an autolike sitebut doing so is very risky and can cause a Facebook account to suddenly get banned if you are constantly using third-party application autolikes.
I myself am sometimes confused, does that really mean a follower function or is it a subscriber? But whatever it is, the most important thing is to have the same useful features. If you turn it on for everyone, the button will be “follow“Is displayed in the profile area when other people see it. Please also note that this function can only be used by users who are over 17 years old. So if the date of birth is even below that on Facebook, you won’t be able to turn it on, and that has become a Facebook default. How to easily activate the follower function on Facebook, see below.
First, open a Facebook account and just click on Facebook Settings.
Next on the settings page, please click on the menu pendant.
Then an option will come up again, please click the option next to “Who Can Follow Me” and change it to Anyone. And done.
In fact, this feature has only been enabled for all friends so they can see the user’s latest posts, but not for everyone. If you change this option to Everyone, the public will be able to follow users from now on. In the “Followers” area, users can also manage all people who have followed them, for example who want to activate comments for these followers or only for friends and others. So private posts can still be hidden so people who follow don’t know anything.
If you know whether or not to turn on Followers, try viewing a different Facebook account and just click Follow. After that, open the Facebook account again and see if there is a notification that someone followed the user? Then in the profile section, precisely in the User Information section, it will show that the current user has been followed by people based on the number. It just appears with the text “Followed by 50 people“. If you have something to ask, please comment.
Hopefully useful and good luck
