Cannot overcome files on SHAREit. receive
Most of the Android users probably already understand very well what the SHAREit application is. Is an application used to send or receive files very quickly using WiFi technology. In fact, it can be 10x faster compared to Bluetooth.
Although SHAREit uses Wi-Fi when transferring or receiving files, Bluetooth and location features must also be enabled to complete its performance. However, one problem many users have is with receiving files.
So the service of SHAREit is actually simple, ie the receiver creates a hotspot and the sender connects to the receiving hotspot. And the problem is, if the recipient is never found on the radar, it’s almost impossible to transfer the file.

Solution cannot receive files via SHAREit
One reason the receiving phone wasn’t showing up on the radar was because there was a problem turning on the hotspot. Because when you press the accept button, SHAREit automatically creates a hotspot with the name AndroShare or something similar.
So there are several ways to overcome this. Please start with the first one.
# 1 Make sure you are not in airplane mode
If you currently enable airplane mode, it will prevent the hotspot from starting on the phone. Maybe WiFi works fine even in airplane mode, but it’s different in hotspot.
Now please close the SHAREit application and switch off airplane mode, then open SHAREit and get the file back. Surely your phone has now been correctly recognized on the sender’s phone.
# 2 Activate hotspot manually
Perhaps this looks a bit complicated, but on some phones this can be done very easily using the notification panel. Most likely, SHAREit couldn’t get the system to turn on the hotspot. So you have to turn it on manually.
If there is no function on your phone to activate the hotspot from the notification panel. Then please go to arrangement > link > Mobile hotspot. And after activation, your cell phone must now have been recognized on the radar.

# 3 Manual pairing with QR code
SHAREit also simplifies the file transfer process by providing some sort of QR code that helps connect to the target phone without having to select the device name on the radar. This function is located in the upper right corner.
But do you also know that the functions pairing It also doesn’t work with the QR code if the hotspot on the recipient’s cell phone has problems or cannot be switched on. To do this, you first need to make sure that the hotspot is turned on on the mobile phone so that the sending phone is successfully connected.
These are the three ways you can try to resolve the issue of files not being received on SHAREit. One thing that is safe as a receiving phone is to make sure that the hotspot has been activated successfully. However, the sending phone must also ensure that its WiFi connectivity is not an issue.
Because if the sending phone has a problem with the WiFi function of the cell phone, the file will of course not be sent.
Hopefully useful and good luck
