Wow, the DANA application is really bad, fortunately the balance is low, I don’t know why it happened like this, suddenly there was a strange transaction in the DANA application and without any verification, why did it decrease. When there is a transaction, there should be verification of the funds account that is being logged in.

There have been some strange transactions this month, the most of which has reduced that balance from PT Travelindo Cheap Hotels. That’s even though I’ve never used the application, I’ve only heard of it this time.
And it turns out that after I searched for it, on Google there were also people who experienced something like this, suddenly their balance lost millions of rupiah from this strange transaction at PT cheap hotel Travelindo. Can be seen in the following sources:

*Currently I have contacted CS Dana via the application, so that this problem can be resolved immediately, hopefully security problems like this won’t happen again. A few days before this incident, there was an SMS coming to my number with a request for an OTP PIN, which means someone else wants to get into my fund account.
It’s possible that the person managed to get into my fund account, even though I didn’t tell them what OTP PIN was entered into my SMS. Now this is a minus point for the security of this application.
Maybe if Dana sees this post, it can improve the security of transactions in the application, for example if there are transactions that are not verified in the application, they are not processed.
