Harley gets a new skin. You probably already knew that from the leaked news of her not long ago.
The good news is that you can get this skin for free through the event. This is made even clearer by the latest gameplay video for Harley’s new skin, his Starcaster.

Harley’s New Skin Gameplay “Starcaster”
For free skins the gameplay is very interesting as all skills change. Sure, label-wise it could be like Miya with a special anniversary label.
Skill 1, Skill 2, and Ultimate are very different from existing Harley skins. And it’s worth having.
At the end of the video, it is explained that you need to participate in an existing event to get this Harley skin.
The event will run from April 20, 2023 to April 17, 2023. It’s pretty long, but of course you can’t get this skin any other way, so don’t miss it.
As a new skin, this skin has maximum skill effect, very cool and really good to use.
Right now, Harley isn’t very meta with the presence of many tank heroes on the team and Radiant armor items that erode their maximum potential.
