Julian’s Skill Set
Passive – Smith’s Legacy
After using 2 different Skills, Julian strengthened his 3rd Skill. Using a strengthened Skill puts all Skills into Cooldown for 7 seconds and allows Julian’s Basic Attack in the next 5 seconds to deal 75( +100% Total Physical ATK)( +100% Total Magic Power) (Magic Damage) and draw the target towards him.
Julian gains an additional 20% Magic Lifesteal for 5 seconds every time he hits an opposing Hero with his Skill (up to 3 Stacks).
Skill 1 – Scythe
Julian throws a flying scythe at the target, dealing 380( +140% Total Magic Power) (Magic Damage) to enemies along the path and slowing them by 30% for 1 second. The scythe will disappear after hitting a Non-Minion opponent.
Skill 2 – Sword
Julian summons a Flying Sword and dashes in the designated direction, dealing 300(+48% Total Magic Power) (Magic Damage) to enemies along the path.
Skill 3 – Chain
Julian throws a chain at the specified location, dealing 200(+50% Total Magic Power) (Magic Damage) to hit enemies after a short pause and immobilizing them for 1.2 seconds.

Unique Passive-Magic:
Dealing damage to enemy heroes will reduce their Magic Defense by 3-10 (Scales with Level). This effect lasts for 2 seconds. Stackable up to 3 times.
4. Shadow Twinblades

- +15% Magical Lifesteal
- +5% Movement Speed
Unique Passive – Assassination:
If no damage is received or dealt within 5 seconds, the next Basic Attack will deal additional Magic Damage equal to 200 plus 50% Magic Power, and slow the target by 60% for 1.5 seconds.

Increases Magic Attack by 21-35% (Increases with Level).
5. Divine Glaive

Resurrect 2 seconds after being eliminated and gain 15% HP and a shield that can absorb 300-1000 damage. (Scales with Hero Level) Shield lasts for 3 seconds. This effect has a cooldown of 180 seconds.
Julian Battle Spell
As an Assassin Julian really needs a higher level than the opponent’s Hero level to bring the team victory. Therefore the Spell that is suitable for Julian is Retribution.
Retribution gives Julian the ability to finish off forest monsters faster. Thus, it will be easier for him to do farming both at the beginning and at the end of the game.

Deals 520(+80*Hero Level) True Damage to nearby Creeps or Minions.
Passive: Jungle Equipment Items available. With jungle items, damage received from Creeps is permanently reduced by 50%.
Execute
Deals 200(+20*Hero Level) plus 10% of enemy’s lost HP True Damage to targeted enemies. This damage ignores Shield. If the target is eliminated by this skill, its cooldown will be reduced by 40%.
