Why Shopee Can’t Place Orders?
1. Out of Stock Products

If the items that have been added to the cart have zero or less stock, the purchase cannot be made. that’s why, you are advised to immediately make payment transactions as soon as possible to avoid this condition.
2. There is a Unit Purchase Limit
Some stores often hold promotions such as Flash Sale. When this promotion is done, they will provide a limit. For example, each account can only buy 2 units. More than that will not be able to be processed because the store wants to divide the goods equally among everyone.
This restriction also avoids any person who deliberately buys a lot to be stockpiled or resold. It is better to share among many buyers and increase trust. For example, there are 100 units for sale, it’s better to get 50 buyers than just 2-3 even though they are both sold out.
