Why Shopee Can't Place Orders? Here's How To Overcome It
For those of you who wonder why you can’t place an order on Shopee, here’s how to solve this problem.
When shopping at Shopee, we often put items into the basket and then buy when we have funds. Unfortunately, when it comes to paying, the process cannot be continued. Though you want to get the item immediately. Why do you think Shopee can’t place orders?
If you are a new user of Shopee, this kind of thing is quite disturbing. However, those of you who have experienced it often will understand the cause. Well, especially for those of you who don’t know what triggers orders at Shopee to not be paid, see the review below.
Why Shopee Can’t Place Orders?
1. Out of Stock Products
The habit of most of us is to put goods into the basket for days before buying when there is funds. If by chance the stock is still there, you can immediately make transactions as usual by transfer, use SPaylater, or regular Shopeepay.
If the items that have been added to the cart have zero or less stock, the purchase cannot be made. that’s why, you are advised to immediately make payment transactions as soon as possible to avoid this condition.
2. There is a Unit Purchase Limit
Some stores often hold promotions such as Flash Sale. When this promotion is done, they will provide a limit. For example, each account can only buy 2 units. More than that will not be able to be processed because the store wants to divide the goods equally among everyone.
This restriction also avoids any person who deliberately buys a lot to be stockpiled or resold. It is better to share among many buyers and increase trust. For example, there are 100 units for sale, it’s better to get 50 buyers than just 2-3 even though they are both sold out.

3. Delivery Area Not Supported
Another reason you can’t place an order is that delivery areas aren’t supported. Usually the seller limits which areas can be sent goods. This happens because some of the items sent are cheaper than the shipping costs.
So, even if there are no problems with the account and there are no restrictions, purchases cannot be made. Unless you make a change to a supported area address.
4. Daily Restrictions
Other restrictions imposed by sellers are not only per account during promotions. Sometimes, certain items have daily restrictions. For example, in one day, 1 account can only buy a maximum of 5 items.
The next day, the limit would remain the same. This method is also taken to avoid hoarding and get lots of buyers. If you buy 6 seeds or buy two transactions, the order will not be processed.
5. There is a problem with the account
The last reason that causes the account cannot be used to buy is the limitation from Shopee. The account used is considered problematic. For example, you often use a paylater but often pay it right at the end of the month.
Furthermore, there are also accounts involved in buyer problems. For example, taking impolite actions when asking questions, making a request to return goods with false accusations, to getting blocked.
Why can’t Shopee make orders? You can read the answer above. If the product you purchased turns out to be out of stock, you can ask the seller and ask to be contacted when there is a restock. However, if you get blocked by a buyer, you have to use someone else’s account when buying.
