Arriving back to Indonesia, the National Esports Team numbered Free Fire, which has successfully made a new history, namely the golden history of the SEA Games at the SEA Games Hanoi 2021.

The Free Fire national team also received an enthusiastic and appreciative welcome from the Indonesian Esports Executive Board (PBESI) and the esports community who also welcomed the arrival of the proud Indonesian athletes at Terminal 3 of Soekarno-Hatta Airport.

“You are really cool young Indonesians and deserve to be role models! The history of Indonesian gold in the SEA Games esports branch has been successfully achieved by you. Even more special, the Free Fire Team not only brought home a gold medal, but also a silver one at the same time!” say Chairman of PBESI, Bambang Sunarwibowo to the National Esports Team number Free Fire.

Bambang also expressed his gratitude to the Government, Kemenpora, KONI, and NOC Indonesia who have supported and provided opportunities for the Esports Branch to be able to contribute and fight in the SEA Games 31 Hanoi, so that one of the esports competition numbers won one gold and one silver.

Apart from the toughness of our esports athletes, this achievement is also the result of PBESI’s hard work which has involved technical and non-technical experts such as psychologists, nutritionists, to fitness experts in the National Training. said Muslih.

Representing the Indonesian Team 1 number Free Fire, Richard William Manurung said that the gold achievements they have achieved are very useful in building confidence for greater achievements in the future.

The achievements made by the Free Fire National Esports Team are indeed fantastic. Delegating two teams, namely Team Indonesia 1 which consists of Ibn Nasir Ramdani, Nur Ivaldi Fajar, Richard William Manurung, Shahin Taskhir and Viktor Innocent.

Meanwhile, Team Indonesia 2 which consists of Agus Suparman, Muhammad Fikri Alief Pratama, Rafli Aidil Fitrah, Raihan Maghfur, and Rama Satria, successfully topped the two top positions of the standings and entitled to Gold and Silver Medals at once. Both teams left the third position which was finally taken by Team Thailand 2.

Not only that, four Free Fire Indonesian athletes also dominate in the Top 5 Most Valuable Players (MVP).

Rafli Aidil Fitrah from Team Indonesia 2 emerged as MVP with 14494 damage and 34 kills. in third position, Shahin from Team Indonesia 1 in fourth place with damage of 15047 and Kills 31, and Cosq from Team Thailand 1 in fifth place with damage of 13613 and Kills 31.
