First, you have to prepare a provider card first. You can only top up ShopeePay through 5 providers, namely Indosat, 3, XL, Axis, and Telkomsel.

If your provider is one of the ones mentioned above, then you have to make sure that you have enough credit to top up ShopeePay.

The minimum credit that you can exchange into ShopeePay balance is 30 thousand, while the maximum is 1 million rupiah.

How to Top Up ShopeePay Using Credit

You need the services of a third party to be able to top up ShopeePay via credit. This time, you will be instructed to top up ShopeePay via Let’s Convert:

  1. Open the Shopee app
  2. Click the My Page menu then select the ShopeePay menu
  3. Click the Fill Balance menu and select Bank Transfer
  4. In the bank option, select Bank Transfer BRI. After that, click confirm.
  5. On your screen, a ShopeePay Virtual Account number will be displayed. Copy the VA number.
  6. After that, contact Let’s Convert Customer Service via WhatsApp.
  7. Please click here to connect with CS Let’s Convert.
  8. Click Confirm ShopeePay top up balance purchase.
  9. Fill in the order form given by the admin.
  10. Make a credit transfer to the phone number that has been given. Follow the instructions given by the admin.
  11. Screenshot proof that you have made a credit transfer.
  12. Admin will process your ShopeePay top up.

You don’t have to use the Let’s Convert convert service, you can use other third party services if you trust.

How to Transfer Credit for Each Provider

Each provider has their own way of transferring credit. The following is how to transfer credit based on the provider you have:

  1. For Telkomsel credit, you can type *858*Destination Number*Toll Nominal# then click the call button. Type 1 to confirm the credit transfer.
  2. For XL or Axis credits, send an SMS with the format for the Destination Number space with the nominal space for the credit. Send SMS to 168 then click Y on the confirmation SMS.
  3. For Indosat credits, send an SMS in the form of Credit Transfer with a space of Destination Number with a nominal space of credit and send it to 151. Click OK on the token code space.
  4. For Three credits, type *323# then dial and select number 1. After that, enter the destination number for the credit transfer and the nominal for the credit transfer.
