How to Share Screen on Telegram – Telegram has released a new feature called Share Screen. This feature was released in conjunction with the group video call feature. Previously, we could only make video calls with a maximum of 2 people, now we can do more than 2.

Like other applications, call it Zoom, WhatsApp, and Line, now Telegram is also embedding this feature into its chat application.

So, with the emergence of this feature, users can meet face-to-face online with friends, and share screens or share desktops.

What is the Share Screen Feature?

For those of you who don’t know about the share screen feature and its uses, you can read the following information.

Share screen is a feature that will help us share the screen or desktop with other users who participate in group video calls.

This feature is available for both PC and HP. If you use a cellphone, we can share what is on our screen display with other users or participants.

The main use of share screens is for presentations. It is also available in other applications, such as WhatsApp, Zoom, Discord, Google Meet and other group video call applications.

Its existence makes it very easy for those of us who want to meet or go to school but are limited by the pandemic.

How to Use Share Screen on Telegram

Each application, has its own way of setting the share screen. For Telegram, you can follow these steps:

1. Open your Telegram app. Make sure you are using the latest version of the Telegram app. And use a minimal iOS device (not yet available for Android since the article was written)
2. Before that, you must create a group of members who will join your video call group
3. After that open the group. Then tap the group icon
4. Click the chat box icon in the top menu, next to the pencil icon, then make a video call
5. Click the three dots on the voice chat bar. There are many options we can choose, just click ‘Share Screen’
6. Give the app permission to access your screen display
7. After that, the participants involved in the video call can see the screen you shared with them

In order to access this feature, you must be the owner or owner of the video call group. If on Zoom, only the host can use the share screen feature, so that the feature is not misused by members.

• Participants 30 People: Telegram group video calls can be followed by up to 30 participants in 1 screen (grid).
• Can be watched by 1000 Viewers: The position of the audience with the participants is different. Participants are involved in the video call, while the audience can only watch and listen. When there is a video call, users in the group will find a notification that there is a video call that needs to be watched. This makes Telegram not only used for meetings, or online learning. But also for live streaming.
• Noise Suppression: The point is to reduce noise and maintain clear audio during video calls.
• Set Grid or Layout: This feature is only available for PC or Tablet. If on a cellphone, this feature cannot be used because the HP screen size tends to be small. Difficult to arrange the grids. With this feature, we no longer need to change pages to see the participants who took part in the video.

Besides that, did you know that all these features: share screen feature and all the above, are not available for Android.
