Junio BRI is a type of account that is intended for children who are still students. And, one of the requirements to open this account is the age of the child under 12 years old and of course there must be a parent or guardian.
So, those who bring the child must also have an account at BRI. However, it can still be used by children aged 12-17 years. The only difference is the initial deposit amount.
SimPel or student savings is the second type of BRI account for students. This type of account is quite unique. This is because student savings can only be made at schools that have collaborated with the BRI bank.
Students 17 years and under, both high school, junior high, elementary to kindergarten students can make it. Same with Junio, if you are 12 years old and under, registration at school must be with your parent/guardian.
However, if you are 12 years old and over, you can register an account directly without an intermediary guardian.
