How to Cancel an Order on Lazada

  1. The first step you have to do is login to your Lazada account.
  2. After that, select my order menu. In that menu, you will see all the orders you have placed.
  3. Click the order you want to cancel and the order number you want to cancel.
  4. After that, press the cancel button listed there.
  5. When you want to cancel an order, you have to fill in some details and data.
  6. Fill in the data why you want to cancel. Include the reason for the cancellation.
  7. You can type the details of the reason for the cancellation in the additional information section.
  8. Click register to submit order cancellation.
