The second type is non-instant cancellation. This happens when the seller has sent the ordered goods. You have to wait for the seller’s response to cancel the order.
How to Cancel an Order on Shopee For Buyers
If you wish to cancel an order for some reason, you are free to do so. There are several things you can do to cancel an order.
First, you could intentionally not pay for the order. If the payment is not verified within the specified time, the order will automatically be canceled.
The second way is to cancel manually. First, you first open the shopee application. After that, click on my menu and select the order to cancel.
Click the cancel order menu and type in what makes you want to cancel the order. Next, click yes on the confirmation of order cancellation. Finally, submit the reason for the cancellation.
As explained earlier, if the seller has not sent the goods, the order will be automatically canceled. If the seller has sent the goods, then you must wait for the seller’s approval first.
