How to Update the e-Invoice Application version 3.1

After you download the e-Faktur application file version 3.1, you can immediately update. You don’t need to be confused about how to do it, because it’s very easy and doesn’t need to be complicated.

The following are the steps for updating the e-Faktur application version 3.1:

  1. First, open your old version of the e-Faktur application and back up the file. Also copy the db of your previous e-Invoice.
  2. Download the e-Faktur patch via the official e-Faktur website or the link that has been shared above. Wait for the file to finish downloading.
  3. When it is downloaded, extract the downloaded e-Invoice file.
  4. Open the extracted e-Invoice folder and paste the db folder that you copied from the previous version of the application.
  5. Right-click on the Etaxinvoice.exe menu.
  6. Select the Run as administrator menu then click Yes.
  7. Enter the electronic certificate file in the e-Invoice 3.1 folder.
  8. Look for the Reference menu in the e-Faktur application version 3.1.
  9. Click the Certificate Administration menu and select Open.
  10. Select your e-certificate and enter the certificate passphrase.
  11. Click OK and then save the changes that have been made.

Done, now your e-Invoice application has become the latest version, namely version 3.1. You can login as usual.
