Corona virus is a family of sars and mers viruses, this virus is also included in the type of zoonotic virus, which is a virus that originates from animals and can be transmitted from animals to humans.

Starting from Wuhan China, now Indonesia has been positively infected with this deadly virus, several patients are reported to have been infected and are now receiving more intensive treatment at a hospital in West Java.

Health officials said the incubation period of the corona ranged from 1-14 days, this incubation period is the stage where the corona virus begins to enter the body and begins to cause certain symptoms.

From the existing cases, the symptoms of the corona virus are always marked by fever, flu, cough, lethargy and weakness accompanied by nausea. This symptom was confirmed by the WHO, which said the initial symptoms of the corona itself had signs in the form of fever, cough, and shortness of breath in the respiratory tract. In patients who have been infected and are already severe, corona virus infection itself can cause acute respiratory failure, kidney failure, and even death.

The Ministry of Health has provided recommendations for prevention of transmission, by washing hands after contact with animals, washing hands after doing outdoor activities, covering mouth and nose when flu occurs. In processing food such as meat, cook it until it is completely cooked, to always avoid contact with other people who are showing early symptoms, namely coughing, runny nose and shortness of breath.

In addition, when traveling in crowded crowds such as markets and other public places, it is recommended to wear a mask, avoid direct contact with animals, especially if these animals have symptoms of corona. Eat regularly and consume lots of fruits and vegetables, don’t eat foods that are not hygienically processed.

If the symptoms are present in yourself, immediately go to the health service for a self-examination, so that you can quickly take healing action. And when symptoms arise, increase rest and reduce physical activity outside.

According to the world health organization WHO, every infected person will show symptoms after approximately 5 days, which begins with coughing, shortness of breath, and an increase in body temperature.

There is a saying that it is better to prevent than to cure.
