3. Contacting PLN CS

If you find it difficult to access the website or the platform is down, it’s better to contact CS or customer service instead. There are many choices of CS from PLN that can be used to check the history of token usage.

You can use an email from PLN to [email protected] Send a message there including the Customer ID and other information for easy checking. Then wait for the answer from the PLN CS team. Generally, this method is a bit long because it is done manually.
