2. Turning off Administrator Access

  1. Open Settings then proceed to Security.

  3. Once inside, you look for lock app used.
  4. Uncheck or deactivate.

This method is used to not grant administrator permissions on certain applications. So, previously locked apps will not be affected again.

3. Breaking into HP Settings

This last method is a bit extreme and must be done because the two points above cannot solve it. To break into HP settings, do the following:

  1. Download the All in One Toolbox app through the playstore first. Then install as usual and open it.
  2. Run app and change options on button Toolbox.
  3. Choose Batch Uninstall to release unneeded applications, one of which is a lock application whose password you have forgotten.
  4. Select the app to delete, then press Uninstall Selected. Wait for the process to finish first.
  5. Try checking previously locked apps. If it can be opened, the lock application has been deleted and all data in it is lost or deleted.
