Samsung is ready to buy its users' Galaxy S20 at half the price
Samsung is now presenting a special trade-in or trade-in program for Galaxy S20 users in the United States. This South Korean vendor is willing to buy back the Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20 Plus, and Galaxy S20 Ultra phones for half the normal price. The use of the smartphone will be purchased by Samsung for a maximum of two years.
On this occasion it can be enjoyed for those who own Galaxy S20 who want to buy the latest smartphone or tablet from Samsung. In addition, this program also applies to new devices that are directly purchased through the official Samsung website or the Samsung Shop shopping application.
Samsung Cellphone Exchange Program
Galaxy S20 owners will have to send their device to Samsung within 15 days of receiving the latest device, or according to a period that Samsung has determined. If it is not shipped immediately, the buyer will be charged the full cost for the purchase of a new product.
Furthermore, if the Galaxy S20 does not meet the usability standards set by Samsung, the user can be asked for an additional fee of 25 US dollars.
However, if the buyer does not want to pay additional fees, the owner can also ask for the Galaxy S20 to be returned. That’s what Dafunda Tekno quoted from kompas.com.
How about in Indonesia?
There has been no official confirmation from Samsung as to whether a similar program will be held in Indonesia or not. However, Samsung is now holding trade-in programs quite often to get the attention of consumers who want to buy new products.
If seen so far, the trade-in program in Indonesia was held by Samsung for the first offline sales session.
The price of the Samsung Galaxy S20 in Indonesia itself is priced at Rp. 12.9 million, the Galaxy S20 Plus is sold for Rp. 14.5 million and the Galaxy S20 Ultra is Rp. 18.5 million.
So, do you think that the Samsung program above can be relied on to attract many consumers to buy the newest device? Or are you one of the consumers who have participated in the Samsung trade in program above? Let’s give your opinion in the comments column below.
