Samsung Galaxy S11 Will Use 5x Optical Zoom Camera

As rumors circulated, the Samsung Galaxy S11 will be released in the next five months. However, information about the specifications of the Galaxy S11 is starting to appear.

The latest rumor from the Galaxy S11 is that Samsung will embed a camera with a 5x optical zoom which is higher than the 2x optics embedded in the Galaxy S10. The camera is directly made by Samsung Electro-Mechanics which produces telephoto lenses for Oppo phones.

But until now there is no clear information about the sensor that will be used in the periscope-style lens. But about the main camera, Samsung is expected to use a 108 megapixel sensor. As used in the Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha phone.

It seems that the sensor that will be used by the Galaxy S11 has pixel binning technology, which combines several pixels into one pixel when the camera is used in low light. The resulting photo will have a resolution of 27 megapixels.

The Samsung Galaxy S11 camera will use 5x Optical Zoom, here are the advantages

Galaxy S11 Camera

Previously, Samsung was also still at home with its single and dual camera systems until 2022. But in 2022 they seem to no longer rely on that system and now rely on a three-camera system on the back of the Galaxy S10 and four cameras on the Galaxy Note 10.

Samsung is now also developing technology Depp Fusion which is similar to that used by the iPhone 11. Deep Fusion is a feature that can combine multiple photos at once when the user takes a single photo. The number of photos taken consisted of nine photos.

Of the nine photos, four of them were taken via fast exposure and the other four were taken before the user presses the shutter. When the shutter button is pressed, the phone will take pictures through long exposure mode.

Then a phone with a neural engine built into the A13 Bionic chip will analyze the images. Then the existing photos will be combined to produce a photo that is more detailed and has the lowest noise.
