Starting from March 19, 2022, the Government through the Ministry of Communication and Information of the Republic of Indonesia has officially created a WhatsApp COVID-19 Chatbot account. This account can be used by all Indonesian people.
The government announced through the Kemkominfo portal that this WhatsApp Chatbot account can be used properly by the public starting March 20, 2022 to find out information about the corona virus.
For those who haven’t received the government’s WhatsApp blast COVID-19 chatbot number, you can Click here. Accounts that have been verified by the Ministry of Communication and Information have a green check mark on the right side of the account name.
But for those of you who want to use the service, you don’t have to save the WhatsApp number. Because it is automatically saved with the name covid19.go.id. To start a conversation, you need to do the following steps below.
