GridGames.ID – If you’ve played Fortnite and NBA 2K, you probably already know, right, that in both games there’s a dance called Floss Dance.

The existence of this dance in Fortnite and NBA 2K then made the creators of Floss Dance, Russell Horning or better known as Backpack Kid, furious and demanded the developers of the two games.

According to TMZ, Backpack Kid’s mom and manager have filed a lawsuit over the use of Floss Dance asking Fortnite and NBA 2K to remove the move from the game.
This step itself was taken after the Backpack Kid felt that the two developers from Fortnite and NBA 2K had taken personal advantage of the movement created by Russell.
Even so, the guy from the United States admitted that he doesn’t care how much money he gets from the lawsuit because the most important thing for him is that people can enjoy his work.

In addition, currently Backpack Kid is also focusing on making its mini album and celebrating its 17th birthday which will be held this Wednesday (12/19).
“I’m just a teenager enjoying life, I leave it to my adults and management. I’m more focused on my mini album and my birthday,” Russell wrote via his Instagram account.
Hopefully the problem will be resolved quickly and no one will feel aggrieved!
