Survey Reveals Consumer Happiness when Shopping Online, The Result?

GridGames.ID – In recent years, the consumption pattern of Indonesian people has shifted from traditional shopping to online shopping.

Every year, consumer interest in online shopping activities is increasing and the development of online shopping platforms is also getting wider.

This increase in public interest in online shopping activities is proven by several studies.

A number of studies from research institutions noted that there was a 5 to 10 times increase in volume of demand during the pandemic.

Unmitigated, it is also predicted that in the future there will be around 77 percent of consumers who will continue and or increase the use of online shopping platforms compared to today.

Thus, it can be assumed that the adoption of the use of e-commerce applications will continue to increase.

However, are Indonesian consumers happy shopping online in e-commerce?

Answering this question, the Nextren group has conducted research on the E-Commerce Happiness Index for 2021.

The initial idea for research refers to Chip’s research which had carried out a similar initiative in 2016.

For the process of assessing research results, it also refers to the weighting of the calculation of the level of satisfaction and emotion.
