GridGames.ID – The growth of local games is getting more and more advanced, especially in terms of development.
Now, various video game titles made by local developers have enlivened various platforms.
Reporting from Kontan.co.id, Deputy Minister of Trade (Wamendag) Jerry Sambuaga, continues to encourage and facilitate the development of local games.
According to him, besides having great potential, local games are technically easier to export, much simpler than exporting oil and gas and non-oil and gas products.
This is because it is driven by two things, firstly, the game is a digital product and secondly, there are many digital facilities (platforms) that can also develop local game trade throughout the world.

“So technically it’s very easy, we don’t need big halls and various facilities for warehouses, don’t go through various kinds of custom inspections and so on, besides that, there are already many platforms and applications that support games in particular and digital products in general, some are moving in in the payment sector, some are engaged in marketing and so on,” said Jerry in his statement, Tuesday (2/11).
Because it is relatively simple and easy, local game trading is also easier and more efficient in distribution, the costs incurred are purely from the distribution costs themselves.
