Develop Simulation Mobile Game, Ten Square Games Acquire RORTOS
GridGames.ID – Ten Square Games recently announced that it has acquired RORTOS, an Italian game studio.
In their announcement, they have stated the signing of a sale and purchase agreement with the shareholders of RORTOS SRL.
Ten Square Games SA will acquire 100% shares of RORTOS SRL with a transaction value of 45 million euros on cash and debt-free basis as agreed.

RORTOS itself is considered as one of the most prominent mobile game developers of the simulation genre.
In the deal, Maciej Zuzalek, CEO of Ten Square Games said he was delighted to welcome the RORTOS team to his family and looked forward to supporting the further growth of their fantastic game.
