Why some menus are grayed out in Photoshop

Adobe Photoshop is the best photo editor that has many features to make images look different than they did before. Photoshop comes in many versions and the higher the version used, the higher the requirements.
Perhaps some people have seen a menu that cannot be clicked while editing photos. And that is not a problem, but leads to several things that cannot be summarized in one.
This could be due to a lack of memory, the type of image, or even a less qualified specification. You can see what looks gray from the menu. In most cases, the most common gray menu is in the 3D option.

Because of lack of memory
When Photoshop runs out of memory, some of its features cannot open automatically. Usually you will see a warning that the program is running out of memory, but sometimes the menu will automatically turn gray.
To solve this, users can too To edit => settings => power. And to max. Or please change according to Photoshop’s recommendations.
Insufficient VRAM
VRAM or video memory, this is different from the usual RAM which works more for the 3D composition part. Currently, the highly recommended VRAM is 512MB. If it is less, some features may not be available, such as: Oil painting and 3D.
Different operating system
As of the Photoshop update from the end of 2021, there are some functions that are no longer accessible for PCs with 32-bit operating systems. But all functions can be properly accessed on a 64-bit operating system.
Some of these features are Oil painting. On a 64-bit PC, the 3D menu cannot be opened if the VRAM is less than 512MB.
Types of pictures
For that matter I don’t really understand. However, it is true that the nature of the image can affect its properties. One solution is to change the image type to RGB 8-bit.
