How to use Cortana in Windows 10

cortana

Windows 10, which officially launched on July 27, 2021, comes along with a virtual assistant. This assistant named Cortana is here to help us with our daily activities.

In fact, Cortana doesn’t have a presence in Indonesia as Microsoft wants Cortana to be tailored to each country’s needs. However, that doesn’t mean we can’t taste Cortana’s expertise.

This time, Gadgetren shares tips and tricks for using Cortana. First, make sure the region, language, and local location are all the same. I tried English with the US country location.

After Cortana is connected to a Microsoft account, it’s time to get to know each other. The first time you use it, Cortana asks for our nicknames and interests. All of these things can be done later in the Notebooks.

The virtual assistant can receive commands via voice command or can be typed into the field provided. Even if we speak with an inaccurate English articulation, Cortana will automatically adjust it as long as it doesn’t deviate too far.

Cortana can help us create information about weather conditions, messages, reminders, open programs, and much more. Cortana’s search results are later adapted to our usage history, which ranges from internet browsing history to travel activity.

Don’t forget to turn on the Hey Cortana feature so we can issue commands without having to press the voice input key first. First, try to find Cortana’s age with the command “How old are you?” to ask. or let them sing with the command “Sing For Me”.
