How to fix the "732 Internal Server Error" showing on the website

Usually the appearance of apparition internal server error This is because the server is down or the website owner is redirecting something inside the website. But who would have thought that if this incident had really happened, a new mystery would not have emerged because of these two things.

Many people have asked this in all forums in the past and not only Indonesians, but also many outsiders have seen it on their own website. The problem that arises is the appearance of a blank page with the words internal server error by title 732. Isn’t that a little strange?

Because even if it is an internal server error, the HTTP code in front of it is usually displayed in the title. That is 500, and while this 732 is a strange thing that creates tension in the website owner when this problem occurs on their website.

What are internal server errors?

When the server experiences malfunctions from both sides Update or else, this is perfectly natural. But it can also be done by applying the code in the .htaccess which is not supported by the PHP configuration set.

If the problem is only with the .htaccess file, the website owner can try not to use the htaccess file for a while, ie delete or rename htaccess. And if the problem actually comes from there, the website owner should change a component in the htaccess file and find out what is causing it to function.

Get to know the 732 code in the title

In fact, the HTTP 732 code doesn’t exist unless the code is generated by the server provider to indicate other important events. And in general, the HTTP code response for internal server error messages is 500 instead of 732.

Where does 732 come from in titles that appear in all browsers? From the server or something else? And from my own experience, I’d really like to answer that this problem stems from Internet provider and not from the web server.

How to resolve server internal error 732

Here not only one way is discussed, but includes various things so that not everything becomes a mystery. So I hope the user can do this top down and if everything is fine it means the user doesn’t have to worry about it anymore.

  1. Contacting the server service – Regardless of whether the user’s site uses a hosting server or its own server, you should consider the technically and ask for the user’s server right there.

Users can ask for the internal server failure incident log and it would be better to provide screenshots so that they understand. Even if the problem comes from the server, they are sure to be telling the truth. Whereby if technically If the server is not a problem on the user’s website, then you should skip this step.

  2. Test PING to server IP – This method is also very powerful to find out if the user’s website is up to date Low or not. If the website is in an Internal Server Error state titled 732, it will usually find an RTO (Request timed out).

If the RTO is really achieved, the user can try to test the PING again with a VPN program. I hope that when you use a VPN the user doesn’t get the RTO because if so the problem is with the server. However, if you’re using a VPN and the IP server is responding well, move on to the next step.

  3. Diagnosing other websites – Make sure the user has passed this stage, it means they have done the second step above. So what needs to be done is try to diagnose other websites and not just the user’s website.

Because this can be caused by internet problems of users blocking access to foreign servers. Websites using local servers can still be properly accessed. As a suggestion, try accessing Google as Google uses local servers. If possible, try to access websites that use third party servers like Godaddy, namecheap, or others.

If the external server site is inaccessible or some find the internal server error as well, then go to the last step below.

  4. Contacting the internet provider – When the above three steps have been followed, the final step is to contact the ISP the user is currently using. Users can contact them via Twitter or the form provided on the ISP’s website.

Explain in detail the time since the incident and which websites are inaccessible, including the user’s website. They will definitely diagnose your network and start repairing it asap.

Another way to check if the problem is with the ISP is to try to access the user’s website from the cellular card over the internet. If I myself found this incident while using Indihome and it turned out that I wasn’t the only one to experience it at the time.

This is only a temporary problem

Experience has shown that this problem can arise at any time, and it is only a cursory glance, with the intent of a user visiting a website and it appearing empty page then reads Internal Server Error when the page loadsreload everything is fine from the browser.

This problem is also exactly the same as cannot log into wp-admin for WordPress users who seem locked in the wp-admin directory, though chmod already set readable so that it displays the HTTP 403 code.
