Hisstats vs. Google Analytics Which is Better?

Hisstats vs. Google Analytics Which is Better?

The website owner wants to know how many times a page was visited that day in order to improve it again to retain more readers. Now, when users use cPanel, they won’t be surprised by the AW statistics which function exactly shows all visitors since they are on the server.

In addition to displaying article pages in AW Stats, all files contain non-HTML content as well.

It is very clear that the user needs another tool that smarter than AW stats, a tool that can count visitors correctly and will not be fooled in the future. Nowadays there are many websites that offer online counters that are very accurate and even count visitors based on them.

But users shouldn’t use just one if they want to be safe, they need to use at least 2 tools.

Choosing the right visitor statistics service

Sometimes people are confused because of the many statistical services available on the internet. If the user is currently using 2 statistics services, this is still reasonable. But of course if you use more than 2 this is an action that does not need to be taken as it will conflict with the speed of the website later.

I don’t hate other statistics services, but at the moment I only like two statistics services. That is Hisstats and Google Analytics. Both of them have a fantastic way of counting the number of websites and that is, very accurately. But here I will compare which of the two is the best.

Comparing does not mean denigrating either party, it is just based on experience in using their features. So don’t get it wrong before reading this article if the user already knows which one looks better than the two.

Between Hisstats and Google Analytics

Ordinary people like us can sometimes only say yes to all free forms. For example, when we use a statistical service and it is told that it is incorrect and we can do nothing but say yes and maybe switch to another statistical service.

I’ve also seen a lot of people sell their websites based on the Hisstats and Google Analytics statistics services, so one question that arises for me is that of both which is most sensitive to visitor requests. Because the results are sometimes surprising with a service. Well, without further ado, here are the pros and cons of Hisstats and Google Analytics.

  • 24-hour calculation accuracy – The two are almost the same, but on the other hand the results of the visitor calculation are more than Google Analytics. In terms of time, both have the same system, which counts from 24:59 to 23:59. However, if the user sets a different time in Histats, the number of visitors will also be different.
  • Online visitors – When counting online users In this case, Hisstats seems to make it longer. Even if the visitor has left the site, it can take up to 1 minute for it to completely disappear from the statistics of the users who are online. Unlike Google Analytics, which only takes a moment.
  • Bounce rate – Hisstats lowers the bounce rate as it expands online visitors to statistics. Meanwhile, when looking at Google Analytics, there is a drastic slope that looks like visitors are quickly walking away from the website. For example, in Hisstats the bounce rate is 60%, while in Google Analytics it is 80%.
  • Assessment of the type of visitor – Now Hisstats can lose significantly, because Google Analytics is king when it counts visitors correctly. In Histats it seems imprecise to name visitors by country, browser type and ISP. In the meantime, Google Analytics can be very accurate to show it.
  • Know visitor recommendation – Google Analytics is owned by Google, but I think the referrer calculation is much more accurate based on Hisstats, for example a search on Google, then Histats may know better, while sometimes Google Analytics doesn’t seem to understand everything shows not undefined but on the organic list.
  • Script customization – Google Analytics has always been able to adjust its script code to get some things that it deems necessary, for example the number of things clicked on multiple pages that a div which were specified. But Hisstats does not have this function.
  • Script type – Histats has 2 types of scripts that can be used. The first is simple HTML code and also asynchronous javascript code that doesn’t affect the speed of the website. While Google Analytics only uses one type of async script.
  • Counter code – Google Analytics has long been known as a hidden statistics service, so the website does not provide any counter code in the form of images or anything else. Meanwhile, Histats has a wide variety of meter codes so that website owners don’t have to keep opening the statistics dashboard and only have to install the meter code as a widget.
  • Between functions – Too bad for Histats, because Google Analytics looks superior in terms of features. Most of the features in Hisstats are already available in Google Analytics, but Hitstat still doesn’t have any standout features that seem to beat Google Analytics.

So users prefer to choose which ones? Personally, I choose both, but in terms of features, I prefer Google Analytics. Why did I choose it? Because Google Analytics feels better for managing visitors and is able to check in an article how fast visitors are surfing the website.

Not sure about either? Try this way

If the user still does not believe which of the above two statistical services is correct. The last suggestion from me is to use a statistics service directly from the user’s website using the rest of the API system so that it is not blocked by the same guy AD block. Because right now AD block always smarter and sometimes even so far that statistical services are postponed so that some visitors can no longer be counted.

WordPress users don’t have to worry either, because there are also plenty of plugins that can count visitors. Examples like Slimstat that counts from the website itself. Please note that this method should not be used Shared hostingas the CPU is increasing and worrying about the website being paused by the server.

Hopefully useful and good luck
