File download solution only connects to IDM

1. Restart the IDM program

3. Check DNS in the network settings

Primary: 8.8.8.8
Secondary: 8.8.4.4
After you have set it up, please restart the IDM program first and then try to continue the download process.
4. Check the proxy / socks settings on IDM
Setting the wrong proxy can prevent the IDM program from being able to connect to the internet, making it look like it’s blocked and the entire download process just keeps connecting. Please look in the IDM program under Proxy / Socks, did you set it up correctly?
